CANCELLATION POLICY
We look forward to your appointment as much as you do. If your schedule changes and you'll be unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible and with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Amount of scheduled service will be charged with cancellation within 24 hours.
Appointments are secured with a credit card at time of booking.
If a series, package, gift certificate
or voucher is on file, that will be redeemed towards the cancellation.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPT
Please advise of any Dermatological Prescriptions at time of booking.
If you are receiving a Chemical Peel, Microdermabrasion, or Waxing, please discontinue use of Retinols 3 days prior to your treatment.
Post Treatment, avoid direct sun exposure, heat, and sweating.
Please inform us of any special events or plans you have scheduled for after your treatment. We want to ensure your treatment results in radiant healthy skin and doesn't interfere with your plans and lifestyle.
